Caleb grew up on a farm in Northwest Ohio, and met his wife Kari at Baptist Bible College.  From there, he served as an Associate Pastor at Grace Church for 13 years, and completed his Master of Arts from Denver Seminary. Caleb is passionate about teaching God's word and equipping God's people, and so in 2022, he was sent to Florida to partner with Starkey Road Baptist Church to plant a church in Hudson. In November of 2024, the church called him to be their pastor.

Caleb and Kari have been blessed with two sons and one daughter.  When not working on projects around the house or at church, Caleb enjoys cheering on Chelsea F.C., coaching soccer, and woodworking.

Mark Rawsthorne went to Clearwater Christian College where he studied, played baseball, and met his wife Cristina.  They were married in 2010 at Starkey Road Baptist Church and served faithfully there for many years, through various ministries, missions trips, and Mark's leadership on their deacon board. In 2024, the Lord led Mark and Cristina to move their family of six to Hudson to help with the church plant.

Mark is currently enrolled and enjoying his studies at Reformed Theological Seminary online.
